Delivery Information 

Packages are generally packed and posted within a 48 hour period after a receipt of payment has been received. 

Packages are currently shipped via 2nd class Royal Mail.

After your package has been posted, you will recieve a confirmation email stating this, and an estimated delivery date. Standard delivery estimation time is within three working days, however due to Royal Mail strikes time delays within the Royal Mail sorting office are to be taken into consideration, so please expect to add extra days on to the above specified delivery period. This may not be applicable to all orders but please be aware it could still happen.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but great care is always taken to ensure your items are well protected.

Shipping is currently UK only.

I also offer free home delivery if you live in a 10 mile radius of Cuddly Kiwis. To check if you're eligible for this, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page, I will then send you an email either confirming your eligibility or to inform you that you are outside of the radius. *Any personal details collected from this form will only be kept as long as they are needed.*

 

Returns Policy 

You will have a 14 day period to return an item, anytime over this date, refunds are no longer offered.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in the original packaging.

Returns on perishable goods such as food or treats are not accepted.

In order to complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item you wish to return not due to our error, is either damaged or missing parts you may be eligible for a partial refund.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item.

 

Refunds Policy 

When your returned item has been received and inspected, you will get an email stating it has been received and you will be notified if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you have been approved, your refund will be processed straight away and applied to your original method of payment. You will receive your refund within a period of an hour up to seven days - depending on your payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
